I had no complaints for what I paid. The staff were consistently kind, and breakfast was free and perfectly adequate. There was always coffee, tea, hot chocolate mix, and cider in the lobby. The front porch was a nice place to unwind, and on colder days there was a fire inside. The rooms were comfortable, and the downtown Jackson location is great. I’d definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here in 2023, and we still talk about how much we enjoyed it. Breakfast was made fresh each morning and delicious every time. We can’t recommend the place enough.

The staff were pleasant and attentive, and even gave us a thoughtful anniversary good-wishes token. The lobby and dining area had music, lots of natural light, and a lovely atmosphere. There’s a nice library with a fireplace, gorgeous views, and you can walk to town or the rec center. Everything was clean and smelled good. Fabulous, highly recommend.

the check-in was easy and seamless, and they even offered us an upgraded room. the staff, vibe, and breakfast were all perfect. our stay at the alpine house was amazing, and it has a local feel. would recommend it to anyone visiting jackson!

Our room was super cozy and the location is fantastic. A maintenance issue changed our plans at the last minute, but Celecia and her team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They made our first night in Jackson so great. I couldn’t recommend the Alpine House more!
