The rooms were clean, spacious, and a great value, with several restaurants and Publix within walking distance. The afternoon clerk helped us with parking at check-in, and the day crew let us stay a little later at checkout the next day since we were waiting for our Uber. The crew here is wonderful.

Our room’s AC wasn’t working, so the staff and manager moved us to an upgraded room. They’ve been more than helpful, always greeting us when we head out and welcoming us when we return. It’s been an awesome stay so far!

We were here while work was being done on our house, and the hotel made a stressful situation feel comfortable. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. Jennifer at the front desk was especially nice, bringing us supplies and even entertainment. The room has a small kitchen with dishes, and the lending closet has games and cooking utensils that made it easy to cook. They also offer free coffee 24/7 and have a little store for things to buy. I’ll definitely come back if I need a hotel.

The room phone didn’t work and the TV had no connection, so getting in touch with the front desk wasn’t easy. The beds were filthy, we found cockroaches and bed bugs, and the rooms had a strong unpleasant odor. The stay was extremely unpleasant, and the cleanliness and maintenance were seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and Aiyanna was the best part of the visit. Same is the sweetest young lady, working back-to-back shifts with a smile. She explained the rooms and pantry and went through every detail, right down to checkout.
