Sevdra at the front desk made our arrival such a nice experience. She was welcoming, sweet, and professional, and check-in felt easy because of her warm, positive manner. It was clear she cares about guests and takes pride in her work. The rest of the hotel was in great shape too, with clean, well-kept rooms, strong service throughout, and a convenient Jacksonville location for either work or leisure. Sevdra is a real asset to the team, and I hope management recognizes her. I'd recommend staying here.

Georgiana was so friendly in the cafe. The coffee and tea bar is complimentary, and they even have hot chocolate. Breakfast itself costs extra unless it's been prepaid, with both a buffet and menu options. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The room and lobby decor felt dated, though. For me, that comes to 7 out of 10 stars.

Tasha made our visit a positive one. She was understanding about our situation and great to work with. Hilton really needs to make it clearer which loyalty levels include parking or breakfast, because the rules are confusing. Also, kudos to the nice man who tried to explain it to several guests.

The $75 pet fee covered our entire stay, which we really appreciated since other hotels charge by the day. All the rooms are pet friendly, and ours didn't smell like pets at all, unlike designated pet rooms we've had elsewhere. The condition of the room and the overall atmosphere made the stay worthwhile, and it seemed like they take pride in keeping things comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was typical hotel quality, but perfectly edible.

5/5. The waffles were 10/10, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, the bathroom soaps smelled great, and every worker I dealt with was friendly, quick, and reliable. The guy with a forearm tattoo who checked me in and out did an amazing job. Give him a raise.
