The building itself is about what you'd expect for the price, and the premium rooms are decent for a temporary stay. Front desk and customer service staff are all very kind and helpful. When something goes wrong, maintenance is quick to take care of it.

I've been here since November of 2024, and it's been peaceful and quiet. The front office is businesslike, helpful, and cool. Honestly, I have no complaints.

It's 30 degrees tonight and the room's heat doesn't work. That's unacceptable. I wanted to leave and get a prorated refund, but I can't. What a terrible place. Don't stay here, take your money somewhere else. Run.

The 24/7 laundromat is clean, easy to use, and always working, and occupants can also use the accessible elevator at any time. The place is clean inside and out, and clean bedsheets are available every week. People staying here are usually kind to one another. Crime seems extremely low to nonexistent, and it's child-friendly. INTOWN Suites is a well-known spot in Jacksonville for either a short break or a longer stay. I highly recommend it as an extended-stay hotel. Look for Andrew or Lency, they'll be glad to get you started. There are occasional discounts, too.

The office staff are very nice, but after almost a year here, I'm fed up with the cost. At what we pay, we shouldn't have to replace our own smoke detector battery or keep up with the AC filters. I won't take responsibility for something breaking or needing replacement. These rooms aren't worth what they charge each week.
