Red Roof Inn Jacksonville Airport

Cassie at the front desk found me a great room, and it was clean and really spacious with a comfortable bed. She made me fresh coffee, too, and she’s funny. I’d give her 20 stars if I could. Ask for Cassie when you check in at the Red Roof, she’ll make sure you’re comfortable.

The hotel was nice, and Cassie, the night employee, was a helpful and informative host with a smile that lit up the room. Traveling with my kids, I worry about safety and cleanliness, so her reassurance about the hotel’s record put my mind completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay again.

No complaints from me. Everyone I ran into was helpful and friendly, and I didn’t notice bugs or trash. The free Wi-Fi worked great. The TV selection was limited, but at least there were channels. I didn’t see people hanging around, either.

People in one room were yelling until late, and there was loud music downstairs shaking the walls. I finally went to the front desk at 1 a.m. There seemed to be lots of people living there, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. Our room also reeked of cigarette smoke, had holes in the walls, and the vanity counter was literally coming off the wall. One room in particular was definitely selling drugs.
