The rooms were nothing like the pictures or description, and the price would have been a bargain if they’d been generally clean. I was told mine had just been cleaned, but it smelled overwhelmingly of cigarettes. There were old drink stains on the tables and nightstands, and stains under sheets that looked clean at first. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been properly washed in months, and the property perimeter smelled of Marijuana. I’ve stayed in $30-a-night hostels sharing with eight people that were 100 times cleaner. I don’t blame the front desk or owners, since the cleaners may have told them the room was ready, but the cleaning should be checked more often. A cheap stay doesn’t excuse this. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and courteous, the best part of my stay.

The staff were really Kool, and they let me into the room at 7:30 a.m. and extended my checkout until 3 p.m. They’re also doing nice work on the place, and the coffee at breakfast is really good. It’s across from Walmart. One important thing: get there before 11 p.m. or call to make sure the office has your reservation. I paid online through Priceline at 10:30 p.m., but they said Priceline hadn’t sent it through. When I arrived at 11:15, the maintenance man didn’t have my key, so I was stuck outside until they opened at 7. Online Priceline payments aren’t refundable, and you may not get into your room if the office closes before receiving your reservation.

Plenty of room inside, it was clean, and the hospitality was great. Pet friendly too, especially for service dogs. Awesome for the price.

The prices are reasonable, the place was clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. They love kids and animals. I recommend it a lot.
