I was charged $20 from my $100 security deposit and got only $80 back. On top of that, both rooms they put me in had lice: first they sent me to a room someone else was using, then moved me to another infested room. I’d never dealt with lice before, and these were so tiny they looked like lint and were incredibly hard to see. This was a filthy, disgusting nightmare, and I’ll never spend money here again. Stay away. I’d give it -10000 stars if I could.

The room was damp, poorly maintained, and had no fridge. There was no Wi-Fi, the hallways and everything else were dirty, and the place smelled strongly of weed and urine. I even found a hypodermic needle in the trash when I checked in. People were riding bikes through the hotel. The front desk worker looked untidy and unprofessional, with dirt and stains all over her shirt. Seeing two police cars outside when I arrived should have been my first clue. I’d hoped for a relaxing night before my flight, but left feeling more stressed. Don’t stay here.

Ozonne went above and beyond, and the front desk clerk helped me up to my room and brought extra towels and dishes. Kim, the manager, was friendly and helpful with guests, and the staff were nice.

Carey was so sweet and understanding while helping me through the counter service. I was really happy with the experience and pleased with her help.
