We come here at least once a month for business, and Joseph always looks after my husband and me at breakfast. The staff are incredible, and the hotel is very clean and spacious. Best service ever, highly recommend!

Housekeeping did a great job, and the front desk team were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, but the bed wasn't comfortable and the comforter was so heavy it felt almost like an anti-anxiety blanket. Once the A/C switched off, the room got hot and stuffy. Breakfast was mixed: there were no eggs the first morning, so we went out. On the second day there was a full spread, but the fluffy eggs and turkey sausage were ice cold. We threw our plates away instead of going upstairs to use the microwave. Maybe someone forgot to turn on the burners. I often avoid extended-stay hotels because food smells can travel through the halls, elevators, and rooms. We noticed some during this visit, though they didn't reach our room. The ice machine seemed to hold onto all those smells, and the water we took out while sightseeing tasted tainted. We'd choose another hotel next time we're in the area.

Lachon helped me and my disabled friend get a room that was actually ADA compliant. It had a roll-in shower, bathroom bars, and wide hallways. We couldn't have arranged that without her help. She's welcoming, fantastic, and very kind, and I really appreciate what she does. Thank you, Lachon.

The suite was spacious, cozy, and laid out really well, and breakfast the next morning was fresh and organized, with everything we needed. Yamile from the kitchen staff was attentive, helpful, and on top of everything. My husband and I were in town from South Florida to referee a college game. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jacksonville East was only 12 minutes from the venue and conveniently close to the beach, so we were glad we chose it. While we were driving to Jackson Ville, we called about an unexpected rate issue. Craig was working alone, but patiently made several calls to reach his manager and get it resolved. Ms. Williams welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was finalized smoothly. We had a great experience and will be back!
