I've stayed twice now, and the managers are helpful and treat you respectfully. The front desk is polite and quick to respond. I wish I remembered the woman's name, because the managers should know what an asset she is. Sometimes I think she lives there, she's around so much, lol. We have a small yorkie, and this is a perfect place for us. There's plenty of parking, a place to walk the dogs, and patios for grilling or just relaxing. I almost don't want to recommend it because I'm afraid it'll fill up. We really appreciate the staff for making our stays so nice.

While I was sitting in my room relaxing, the door opened without warning. The clerk was showing the room to another customer. Yikes. The hotel was filthy, but we were prepared to overlook that. After the door incident, I contacted booking.com, canceled the rest of my stay, and left. Days later, I saw charges in my account for days I wasn't there. John tried to sort it out, but I later found I was still charged for another day I hadn't been on the property. When I called back, the GM, Dee Gonzalez, couldn't take the call. She has been avoiding me, or her team says she's busy or unavailable. If you're thinking of staying here, watch your bank account for overcharges and don't hesitate to complain to Wyndham. Jen seemed eager to tell me I could file a complaint instead of addressing the problem.

We were in town for the State track meet and needed two rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly. It's a reasonable distance from the mall and plenty of restaurants. It worked well for one night, though I'd consider a longer stay, and I'd stay again.

I booked a free night for 15,000 Wyndham points, but noticed a card charge a couple of days later. When I called, they said it was 15,000 points plus cash. My reservation receipt showed the points covered the whole night, but they brushed me off and said nothing could be done. I've been a Wyndham rewards member for almost two decades and know how both options work, points covering everything or points plus a partial payment. The receipt clearly showed a free night, yet they charged me anyway. Be careful about using your points here.
