Holiday Inn Express and Suites Jasper

I've stayed at Holiday Inns in several places as a member, and this one was by far the worst. Our room was 310. It smelled like dog pee as soon as my family and I walked in. There's clear water damage and mold under the sink, and the floor is uneven where the tile meets the carpet, which I assume is related and still hasn't been fixed. I take allergy shots for mold, so thankfully I left with only sniffles and burning eyes; otherwise, it might've triggered an asthma flare-up. We arrived really late and didn't notice the mold until later, so we didn't ask to switch rooms. I love Holiday Inn, but this is unacceptable.

I've been here about 10 days during a really busy part of the year. The staff worked hard to keep me in the same room the whole time, which I appreciated and made things much easier. The room has been a big plus, and the downstairs and front desk staff have been excellent, friendly, professional, and accommodating. They deserve credit for helping make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted with smiles and warm hospitality, and the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast had lots to choose from and was excellent: biscuits and gravy, eggs and omelets, bacon, fried potatoes, cinnamon rolls, different cereals, and more. Great stay.

The front desk service was great, and the room was very clean and quiet. The wall unit for heat, AC, and the fan was incredibly loud and clangy, basically unusable, and needs fixing. Otherwise, a great place to stay.
