The meeting space was great, the amenities were nice, and the staff were friendly. But I was disappointed by the room and breakfast, especially for the price. My previous stays with Hilton were great, so this one was a surprise. Even though room 264 was a handicap room, it should get the same level of care as the others. These rooms need an upgrade. Breakfast on the Hilton side had dehydrated eggs and meat, but no waffles. You had to go around the corner to the Hampton Inn side for waffles, and we didn't like going back and forth. I expected Hilton to offer waffles for its own guests, given that it's supposed to be the higher end. The shower curtain was old and torn, the comforter had rips underneath, and the curtains were stained. The towels and washcloths looked dingy and felt poor quality. On the first day, when I asked for more, they were left on the floor outside our room without a plastic bag. Disgusting. The second time, I told the front desk to make sure they bagged them if they weren't going to bring them inside. I also would've liked more bathroom sink amenities than a small hand soap and makeup-remover towelettes.

The staff here are super friendly and accommodating, and they moved me out of my noisy first room pretty promptly. Room 547 is directly under the rooftop air conditioner, and a bad vibration from the ceiling kept waking me up all night. I'd recommend avoiding it. My second room was nice, though the furniture was a little worn. The place is well maintained and close to everything. It's one of my favorite Hiltons I've stayed at, and I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

Dana and Vanessa welcomed me as soon as I came in and were understanding about the accommodations I needed for my stay. Nelly was also so kind and sweet when I had questions about my breakfast needs. Thank you all for a phenomenal experience. If I were a manager, I'd give these girls a raise!

There wasn't enough linen or towels in the room when I arrived, and there's no room service during a stay of several days. Reception says service only happens after three nights. You have to arrange fresh towels yourself and ask several times. They say they'll bring them to your room, but they don't, so you end up going back to reception repeatedly. Toilet paper isn't replenished either, and you have to chase that down yourself too.

We usually stay at the Hampton on the other side, but I think I prefer this place. The room was nice, with a great kitchenette, plenty of storage, and a pullout couch. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. Happy hour was already going when we arrived and was great. Only issue: there was no hand soap in the room.
