Brittney and her coworker were incredibly kind and tried hard to help me get a refund after the hotel couldn't return it for 36 hours. Brittney gave us their best room and a space heater, since there was no heat, and really went above and beyond. The owners should be ashamed to have such good employees working in a hotel that needs basic care. I booked because a snowstorm was coming and I live an hour from work. The room was freezing, the TV wouldn't connect to WiFi or the cable box she found for us, and it was clear someone had tried to fix things badly. We tried to eat, but roaches started coming out. After about 15 minutes, my husband and I decided to find somewhere else or sleep in the car. Luckily we found another place quickly. I feel awful for the staff and for people who can only afford to stay here. At the very least, guests deserve a warm room without bugs.

Roaches were even crawling out onto the front desk while I was checking in. I went there to get out of a winter storm, but the room had no heat. The night desk guy was a jerk, and they charged me $5 to rent a heater. There was no internet and only one TV channel worked. The place felt shady, and I saw people who looked strung out. I also couldn't get a refund when I asked the night before. It was about $45 a night, but still the worst hotel I've stayed at. Never again, this place felt like a trap house.

I came for a concert in louisville and really wish I'd checked the reviews first. There were roaches all over the room, including on the walls, microwave, toilet, shower, and sink, and there were bed bugs too. People seemed to be living there, smoking marijuana and drinking on the balcony. The door lock was broken, and the front desk guy wasn't pleasant. Worst hotel and service I've experienced. I'd never stay here or book a room here again.

I didn't stay. Roaches were on the walls, floor, and bed, and the door's safety lock was broken. The window AC was badly installed, leaving a large gap where someone could look in. People were sitting outside rooms in the parking lot smoking and watching everything, and I worried about leaving my car. Some dogs were loud, and I saw a cat in another window. The front desk guy was rude and refused a refund. I found a deal and booked at the Motel 6 next door, which was a thousand times better. Hotels.com helped me get an immediate refund after I contacted them. I also suggested they remove this business from their website. I've used Hotels.com often, and this isn't a place they should promote.
