Vistana's Beach Club

Chad and Kelly at the beach were wonderful. They went out of their way to be friendly and make our time comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing. We had a great time, and the clean room was just as described. For the space and amenities, it’s the best value in the area.

I almost don’t want to tell people about this place because then it could get harder for us to book. We love staying here. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s close to the beach, and you can easily rent chairs, umbrellas, and “toys.” There’s a pool, hot tub, and activities center. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and within walking distance, including Nonas, Kyle G's, and Magic Oyster, plus a few more we haven’t tried yet.

The rooms were quite nice, though a little run down, and the game area with the pool tables looked nothing like the pictures. That space was pretty worn. The elevator, the only one serving eight floors, was taken out of service during the day for emergency repairs. We weren’t told until that morning, even though the work was scheduled. I’ve never heard of a scheduled emergency repair, and it really bothered me, especially thinking of guests with disabilities. The air conditioning also stopped working, though it was repaired. We wouldn’t choose this place again.

We had a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a big balcony and an amazing view. The beach is only steps away from the lobby along a boardwalk, and the ocean was amazing. The pool was on the small side, but we didn’t use it. A wonderful, small condo property.
