The Clinkscale

We had a wonderful lunch at this upscale restaurant. Our group of four shared the truffle fries, and they were so good. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and a signature margarita, while my husband got the French dip and could barely finish it. The sandwich breads were freshly baked, the food was delicious, and our waitress was great. Service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was really cool. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerome.

We found this gem by searching where to eat while traveling to Jerome, Arizona, and it was our first stop in town. The relaxed atmosphere had a quirky charm, and the friendly, knowledgeable service was prompt. The food was the best either of us has ever had. I got the grilled cheese with poblano tomato soup. The gourmet cheese melted in my mouth, and the savory soup was impeccable, filling me up with warm, cozy comfort. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger with truffle fries. One bite and his eyes rolled back, he said it was the best burger he’d ever had. I tried the fries and wanted more. We even considered extending our trip to try their Valentine’s special. A must for anyone traveling here, 100 stars 🌟 🤩 We didn’t stay at the hotel on this trip.

John made us feel right at home with his wonderful, talented service. The meal was easily the best of our vacation, one for our hall of fame. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly, and my chicken pasta dish was amazing. Definitely start with the elote dip. We hope to return to Jerome someday, and this will be our first stop.

The best food we had all weekend was at The Clinkscale. The food and drinks were prepared to perfection, and the made-to-order fresh beignets are worth saving room for. We happened upon the idea of booking dinner before leaving the Sedona area, and it was an amazing find. Driving to Jerome before sunset gave us stunning views, and the town has an interesting history. At The Clinkscale, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like we’d found a real culinary gem. The chef and staff know how to make delicious food and deliver a great experience.
