The rooms are clean and have full kitchens, and the housekeepers are trustworthy, sweet, and do a great job. They'll get you whatever you need. Jeff the manager is kind and hospitable, and Shanna is very friendly and goes out of her way to help. They do everything they can to accommodate you and make you feel like family instead of just a guest. I recommend this extended stay hotel.

The room smelled awful, like cat pee or wet dog, and there was no TV service. Nobody told me about the TV before I paid. I came to visit family for Thanksgiving and was met with rudeness from the start. When I asked for my money back because I wasn't staying, the front desk worker cussed me out, and they refused to refund me. They also wouldn't give me the manager's phone number or help me at all. Zero out of 10. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.

A very affordable base for visiting the Tri Cities area, and pets are allowed. The room was fully functional, but bring your own kitchen tools if you plan to cook. Good enough, though not luxurious.

The refrigerator was dirty when I arrived, and the cabinets had no doors. The rooms are dirty, the comforters aren't washed, and even the towels described as clean still had stains. They charged me for the full stay, and when I checked out early, I got no receipts. I called manager Jeff Osborn several times and left messages, but he never called back. I filed a formal complaint with my credit card company and will contact AAA to advise them, as well as corporate. I also took pictures to support what I'm saying.
