The owners are always pleasant and ready to help with anything. Even though this time was just a one-night stay, I'm sure we'll be back. We like the SkyView and definitely recommend it for business or pleasure. The prices are pretty average, not bad at all, and we were allowed to check in early. It's been a pleasant night. My boyfriend and I have stayed here now and then over the years. The rooms and beds are always clean and comfortable. We requested a smoking room last night, but you wouldn't really know it was one because they keep it clean and smelling good. The front desk staff member is the owner's wife. She's so pleasant, helpful, and amazing. She's a new mom to a beautiful, happy little boy, but always takes care of him and her guests with a smile. It's always quiet here, and we sleep well. We haven't encountered any rif raf. The owners are always nice and ready to help.

The posted online rate was $89, but when we arrived they said it was actually $180. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but it stank of stale cigarettes. The walls are paper thin, and the woman who checked us in had no customer service skills. She seemed annoyed when I asked for two beds because my adult son was with me. In the morning, I went looking for coffee without realizing they only allow one person in the office, and got chastised. There was no coffee available, so I had to get one elsewhere. I'll never stay there again. I wasted my money, when I could have stayed somewhere decent for the same price with just a slightly longer drive.

The location worked for us, but getting in and out onto the main road was really difficult. Our 10-day stay was non-refundable, and we're definitely not going back. The room stayed very humid even with the air conditioning on, and it had a strong smoke smell. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and everything else we needed. If we wanted the room cleaned, we had to ask the night before. The toilet didn't sit properly on the floor, so using it made you feel like you might fall off. The lights over the beds were so bright you almost needed sunglasses.

We paid $200 for a room with a jetted tub. The tub was clean, but when I looked up, I saw gum stuck to the wall. There was a blood stain on the bathroom door, blood stains on the sheets and under the mattress protector, and hair on the pillows. We checked in at 5pm and left at 9pm. What a waste of $200. We couldn't even get a refund. Horrible.
