The room was spotless, with a nice jet tub and everything I needed. I slept comfortably in a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back for my third visit soon. I'd recommend it for the comfort, friendly service, and welcoming feel.

I've stayed here many times, but when I tried to change my check-in date to 12/26/25 after booking after 4 pm, the system wouldn't let me. I called the location to see if they could adjust it on their end. They flat-out said no, and told me I'd be charged an $83 no-show fee if I didn't arrive on 12/25/26. Wow, that's how they treat customers? I had to cancel the whole stay, so I called Hampton inn in Joliet. They made the change over the phone and gave me a discount to offset the unnecessary no-show fee. Thank you to the staff at this BEST WESTERN in Joliet/ Shorewood Illinois location for exceptional customer service, the best ever. This place wouldn't accommodate me, but was quick to take my money. Think hard before booking here.

I had a comfortable night in a really nice, clean room, and I loved being able to watch my favorite shows on TV. I really liked the room and will most likely come back.

I've booked this location for at least four work trips. It's easy to reach and close to everything, but the spacious suites are the main reason I keep choosing it. The staff are friendly and efficient, so I'll continue coming back. One room had pretty worn furniture that could use an update, but it was extremely clean and the shower looked brand new.
