There were cigarette holes in the sheets, towels were frayed and falling apart, and the chair had huge stains. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, the sheets were dirty, and dead bugs were scattered on the floor. We couldn't sleep because people next door were filming an adult movie, and it kept happening every night. At check-in, the front desk woman was really rude while repeatedly saying how "excellent" and "clean" the hotel was. Do not stay here.

My children have autism, ages 7, 6, and 3. My six-year-old has vocal stims and doesn't understand when he is being too loud or too quiet; my daughter also can't always tell when she's too loud, even with reminders. That's part of their disability. The front desk agent told me to "control my children." When I explained their autism, she said she "didn't care" because "this was a business." She also yelled at two of them not to touch a display, though they were only trying to look out the window. Their processing disability had already been explained, but she said she didn't care. We arrived a little after midnight. My boyfriend had to work and couldn't check in, so before we came, he called to explain and get authorization. I used to work at a Wyndham hotel and understand the rules, so we wanted everything set for a smooth check-in. The manager we spoke with said it was all fine. The reservation was under someone who would be there, and the card had both his and my names on it. Another woman was at the desk when we arrived, and she was awful. When I tried to relate by saying I'd worked at La Quinta, she got even nastier. My boyfriend was paying, I had a virtual-only card, which I hadn't realized had my name on it, and his Wyndham rewards were linked. She said, "so you know this is wrong," kept saying I should know better, and said her boss, the person who had confirmed the reservation, shouldn't have done it. I got so upset I stopped responding. The next morning, that same woman was working and kept my children from getting the breakfast included with our stay, again because of things related to their disabilities and beyond their control. If I'd had anywhere else to go, I wouldn't have stayed. I didn't even want to get toilet paper while she was at the desk. I'm deeply disappointed by the service and by Wyndham's lack of urgency in responding to my complaint about outright discrimination. I won't return.

My husband and I checked in on June 6, 2026, but left right away after finding bedbugs. We had only booked for one night and didn't stay. The attendant, who said she was the manager, was rude when we raised the issue and didn't want to refund us. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help, and my room was really clean and comfortable. I stayed for two nights. There are lots of shops and entertainment nearby, and the all night diner across the way is phenomenal. The A/C was a little noisy, but it didn't bother my stay.
