Bittersweet Bed and Breakfast

We've stayed here twice now, and Victor and Ray are a big reason we'd return. They're fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and breakfast each morning was great. We're already looking forward to another visit.

Victor's fresh blueberry muffins in the morning were amazing, and Ray and Victor were both so friendly and helpful. They took time to chat and suggest day trips and restaurants, with plenty of options nearby. We were glad we chose Bittersweet for our first trip to Maine. It's a beautiful, carefully kept home, and was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but manageable.

The owners were really nice and accommodating, and the location worked very well for us. We could walk to beaches and restaurants. It's a lovely, peaceful place to relax, with comfortable beds, nicely decorated rooms, and everything spotless. I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed at Bittersweet from July 29, 2022 to July 31, 2022, and it was just what we needed: a quiet, cozy, clean place close to nearly everything. We could eat right across the street and walk to the beach in five minutes. Victor greeted us warmly, chatted with us, and showed us around, including the amenities, before we headed to our room. Breakfast was cooked to order and amazing, with plenty of coffee. If we're in York again, we'll absolutely be back. Thank you!
