I stayed for almost a month, and as a germaphobe I had a few concerns and asked for some adjustments. The front desk team and Maria from the hotel staff did what I needed to help calm my anxiety. All the front desk staff were amazing. The hotel is close to a mall and good food options, though I wish they served breakfast instead of only coffee. They’ll accommodate you as best they can if something isn’t right. One thing that worries me: I’m allergic to dogs, even though they’re beautiful. I think owners should hold their dogs tight and wait for other customers to get off the elevator. Some try to rush in with their dogs without respecting people who are allergic to animals.

The location worked really well for me, right by the highway, shops, and places to eat. The room was quiet and clean, and having laundry on site was handy. WiFi was decent too. I’d stay again.

The staff were friendly, and getting on and off the highway was pretty easy. The room had flooring lifting in several spots, though, and the outlets built into both bedside lamps didn’t work. Lighting was poor: there was nothing in the entryway and the kitchenette was very dim, with light only coming from under the microwave. The pool water looked greenish and felt oily. The hot tub looked clear but had a film on it.

The front desk people were great, but the room furniture was really dusty. The pool area was dirty too, and the water wasn’t clean. The hot tub was dirty as well and not hot.

The place was dirty and poorly maintained, and the A/C was so noisy I couldn’t sleep without finding somewhere else. It also wouldn’t cool the room. I asked the front desk for a different room, but they made no accommodation and were rude to me. I ended up leaving at midnight to find another hotel.
