I grabbed my things and took them straight to the car, then asked for a refund. When the worker checked the bed for the bugs I'd seen, they found dark stains on the sheets and mattress instead, despite saying it had just been cleaned. I pulled back the sheets and six to eight bugs scattered. The tub faucet kept leaking, and I couldn't even tell what was all over the floor. The bed was smaller than the ones most of us had as kids. Do not stay here. I'd strongly suggest going somewhere else.

It was a nightmare staying there. The place badly needs a full remodel and a heat treatment, because the bedbugs were awful. They should not be allowed to run it as it is; it needs new owners. It ought to be somewhere people can stay when they have nowhere else to go and no money until the next month, especially since some people live there and I doubt they can pay $2,100 a month. These people don't care about those with nowhere to go. Money is all that matters to them.

I left without getting a refund, and when I asked for one they looked at me like I was crazy. There was constant police activity, and I wouldn't want anyone else staying there. It's dirty and infested, with drug and other criminal activity going on at all hours. The staff are nice, but they don't seem to care about what's happening at the hotel. If there's a problem with your room, too bad for you. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The staff and room maids were very helpful whenever I needed towels or toilet paper, and the stay itself was nice. Everyone was polite and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good, though it could use a bit more variety. Getting in was the main hassle: a couple of the exterior doors were too hard to open. After trying a few other motels and their different service levels, I'd say this place was above average. The pet policy was my only real complaint. They say they're pet friendly and charge quite a bit, but then it turns out they only allow dogs, not other pets, mainly cats. We suddenly became homeless and had nowhere to stay but motels. If someone takes proper care of their pet and is responsible, they shouldn't be refused just because of what kind of pet it is.
