The room was clean-looking and smelled clean, and it did the job, though it was a bit small. My reservation was messed up, as another reviewer mentioned: my client said they’d booked two queens for me, but I was put in a single king room. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t help. The AV crew deserves a shout-out. I was contracted to perform at a corporate event, and Trey and Jacob’s timing and precision really lifted the production. It turned into an amazing night, and I felt I was in great hands. The front desk staff, including Max, Cameron and Tom B, were professional, quick to help, and explained valet, room charges and benefits like room service. I hope the company recognizes them for their prompt, professional service.

We came to town for the happy occasion of adopting our new baby! We weren’t sure how many nights we’d need, and had to extend our booking by one night. The staff accommodated us right away and gave us our original room back. They even left a complimentary bottle of bubbly in the fridge. The hotel is right downtown, in a perfect spot for walking to lots of places, and the location is super convenient.

I was here for three nights for a convention. The attached parking garage made things convenient, and getting around was easy. The rooms were nicely updated and very clean, and the room staff were friendly. People greeted me everywhere I went. There are also some nice places to eat close by.

The breakfast had a lot more choices than I expected and was honestly awesome. My room at the Radisson was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was a little small. Staff were friendly too, and it was an easy, convenient stay. I’d definitely come back.

We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Kalamazoo while celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and we appreciated the anniversary card and coupons. My husband and I had a great stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back.
