The first room was great apart from two dirty plastic spoons on the floor by the bed. I told the front desk, and they moved us to another room within minutes. The second room was wonderful, and both the evening and morning staff were awesome and did their jobs well. The lobby was clean, with fresh coffee and hot water for tea. The little convenience area was fully stocked with things you might want late at night. I’ll definitely stay with you again whenever I come back to Kalispell.

This is my favorite place to stay in the Flathead valley. It’s good value, especially compared with the considerably more expensive newer hotels in town. The building is newer and looks nice inside and out, the rooms are nice, and the beds are comfy. Staff have always been friendly and professional. The location is prime, close to just about anywhere you’d need to go.

The room was clean, big enough for three, and had a kitchenette. It’s close to all the shopping centres and quite reasonable. The person who checked us in was amazing. I wasn’t happy that coffee wasn’t refilled or the bins emptied the next day. There was an option to leave the room as it was or choose room service, and I did choose it, but nothing was replenished. Still, it wasn’t bad and is a reasonable place to stay in Kallispell.

We got the cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, with a really nice bed and amazing pillows. That says a lot since I own a five-star cleaning service. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely be back for another stay-cation. At check-in, the booking showed we hadn’t paid, even though we’d paid a month earlier. Booking.com had apparently not released the payment to the property. The front desk agent was super sweet and helped me sort out the issue. They let us check in before everything was fully resolved so we wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby.

For the price, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed in a pet room, and it was clean and well maintained.
