The rooms are clean, roomy, and have the essentials for a comfortable stay. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, and local attractions are easy to reach. It’s a dependable option for business or leisure travel.

The room was nasty and infested with roaches. There were roach hotel catchers in every cabinet, yet the General Manager, Keisha, claimed she didn't know about the bugs. She was extremely rude. Management was horrible, and the hallways didn't get swept once during my 7 days there. They also tried to charge me for a service animal, which is against the law. The place feels shady and crooked. Go somewhere else.

After selling our home, the new place we expected to move into fell through, so we needed a hotel for a couple of months. This was the only one that accepted pets, the rates were reasonable, the rooms were nice, and the service was good. We appreciated how the staff helped us through a problem that wasn't their fault. The manager went beyond what I’d expect while staying within her company’s rules. I’ve also seen her do more than her job required for other people, while keeping her ethics intact. It’s not easy to manage both. Living here for a couple of months gave me a chance to see the place up close. Some guests try all kinds of angles to get their way, and the staff can only do so much within their duties, even though they try to accommodate people. I’m not saying every negative review is wrong, but I think most are inflated, and some are completely false. After the courtesy we were shown, I couldn’t move on without saying something. People amaze me when they act like the world owes them blood for nothing. Peace out, girl scouts.

The bathroom door is warped and won't close right, and its floor is badly water-damaged and buckled, so it needs replacing. The TV is broken, with all the colors displaying wrong. There was even a beer bottle cap stuck to the ceiling. The room is badly infested with German roaches. I'm expecting the same copy-and-pasted reply as the other reviews. They keep promising pest control in their responses, and that seems to be a long-running pattern. I wouldn't count on it.
