The restaurant staff were great, and so were the hamburgers. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly. It’s quiet and comfortable, close to the airport, with a shuttle service. The old TVs could use an update, but otherwise I had a great stay.

I had to drop off my rental at the Hertz rental car location, and their shuttle brought me back, which was a nice touch. I also had a 4 am shuttle appointment for my flight to Delaware, and both drivers were very friendly, with customer service that was a 10. I stayed one night on October 19. Check-in was easy, and the customer service, room, restaurant service, and food quality were all awesome. I’ll stay there again when visiting KC.

Ana did an awesome job with the complimentary breakfast, and the staff deserve very high marks. Jodi at the front desk was courteous and professional, gave me a warm welcome, and made check-in excellent. The hotel was clean and a good value, though the microwave in my room didn’t work well and there wasn’t enough light around the desk and TV area.

It’s easy to reach and has a large parking lot that can fit trailers, though not semi trucks. The service was good, and they offer rides to the airport right next door. It’s an older hotel, so the rooms are outdated. Get a room on the right side of the building and you can watch the planes take off and land.
