After an exhausting hospital stay nearby, my husband and I tried to stay here rather than make the hours long drive home. The hotel couldn’t find a reservation under our name, so we drove down the road and stayed at the Holiday Inn instead. Now we’re disputing the charge because this company billed us for the stay and won’t get back to us. To avoid that kind of stress, I recommend staying somewhere else.

Management was helpful, but they’ve apparently known about this problem for years and haven’t addressed it. Our uhaul window was smashed and everything was stolen. The police said thefts are very common at this hotel, especially involving uhauls. They found my car keys in the uhaul, and my vehicle had been stolen too. We found it a few miles away in an apartment complex, completely empty. Everything was gone. WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING.

We enjoyed our stay, and plan to keep coming back since we have several trips to Kansas City Medical over the next year. The front desk clerk who checked us in on 12/26 was very friendly. She said management had upgraded us to a king size suite, then offered the adjoining room so we’d have two beds to sleep in since we’re mother and son. I recommend staying here if you can.

STOLEN VEHICLE!! I stayed one night, and my car was stolen. It’s been almost two weeks with no word on where it is. The hotel said the video footage doesn’t show who took it, but apparently this happens around the area. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I travel for work and stopped here because the reviews were great. Angel and the other young man working there gave excellent customer service, and they were kind and courteous. My room was nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend this place.
