I was facing the prospect of having to sleep in my vehicle after Airbnb wouldn’t let me book a room I’d found at the last minute. I’d already bought a $300 Airbnb gift card, but the app blocked the reservation. When I called support, they said I had to book at least 24 hours ahead. Airbnb couldn’t control its own bookings or do anything to help a customer stranded and at the mercy of the app, so I won’t use them again. I decided to try contacting Zencity directly. The man I spoke with on the phone was professional and went above and beyond, helping me get into the room early. I did have to pay an early check-in fee, but knowing I’d have a bed to sleep in was fabulous. Thank you, Zencity!

The stay itself was okay, but after checkout they charged me $100, claiming I’d left my key in the wrong place. They’ve ignored my emails since then. Stay away. I’ve included a screenshot of their response below.

It’s called the Combine, and it’s a great spot for food, atmosphere, and the rooftop bar. I absolutely love it and will be back.

I went to a rooftop party here and had a nice time. I didn't stay in the apartments.

Just as described, with a quiet atmosphere, a TV that has Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen.
