The room carpet was a little dirty, the one flaw in an otherwise perfect stay. The employees were all kind and outstandingly helpful, the hotel itself is very nice, and breakfast was yummy. I also appreciated the gluten-free muffin. I'd return.

I love this place and its workers. Service is always above 100 percent, the rooms are very clean, the amenities are awesome, and breakfast is amazing. The location feels safe.

The rooms are wonderful and spacious, provided you actually get the one you booked. At first, they kept putting us in a studio even though I'd reserved a suite. When we finally got a suite, it reeked of fish or seafood. They acted as though they hadn't noticed, even though that room's windows were open when we checked in and nobody else's were. Then they charged me more than the quoted amount. I wouldn't have minded the extra charge if they hadn't pretended not to know about the smell.

Management seemed focused on maximizing profit and showed no care for loyalty, guests, or resolving problems. Whatever your Marriott status, you get no benefits here. A little kindness and a smile would have helped, but I felt like just another number. It was a sad experience when I actually needed help. I won't return, and based on my experience, I'd tell others to pick a different Marriott.
