Tru By Hilton Kansas City Airport

I'd book this place again, 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean, modern, and really nice, with wireless phone charging, and the staff were polite and ready to help with anything. I was impressed to see the cleaning crew move beds and frames to clean properly. They were doing a great job keeping the hotel clean and well cared for.

We had a very comfortable room and an exceptional breakfast during our stay from Tuesday December 30th 2025 to Wednesday Jan 1st 2026. Connor went well beyond his duties, answered every question, and was amazing. You could tell he takes pride in his work, which is rare to see in young people these days. He deserves a raise. Great job, Connor! Happy New Year to you all, especially him. If we travel that way again, we'll stay here. A very satisfied customer.

Getting here is easy, just off the interstate, and we'd absolutely stay again. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm and friendly. There was a great selection at breakfast, and our stay was wonderful.

It's okay for a short visit if you don't need much space, but I prefer Hilton Garden Inn or Embassy Suites for greater comfort and more amenities. The staff were friendly, just not outstanding. Rooms have a minimalist, compact layout with little storage, a small fridge, and no microwave. The squeeze bottles for toiletries may be hard to use for people with weak grip or hand strength, so we bought our own soap. Breakfast was fine, though the fruit wasn't fresh and the oatmeal was runny.
