The location isn’t perfect, but I’ve lived at HomeTell for 18 months and have chosen to stay because Bob and Lisa earned my trust. Sheriff Bob and Lisa treat people with more care and respect than most businesses I’ve dealt with, and they manage hard issues like drugs and drinking with more grace and consistency than places charging twice the rent. Repairs get done daily and the place is kept up. I could afford somewhere a little better, and I don’t have to live here, but I want to. Even when they had to remove my son, I felt it was handled with integrity. Bob especially shows real kindness to people who need it. HomeTell is the real name, and it’s a solid place. If you’re grounded and looking for a fair deal, come join us. Five stars from Pastor Paul.

The whole area has gone downhill. More than 40 years ago, when this was the Flamingo Motel, it was much nicer. There used to be a swimming pool out front by the office, and I used it even though I wasn’t staying there. It’s since been filled in with dirt.

The new management is doing a good job. Every employee has worked hard to make the stay peaceful and pleasant for everyone who gets a room here. I highly recommend Regency Inn.

Breakfast was wonderful, and at least four staff members, including the manager, checked whether everything was okay and if the room was too hot or too cold. It was neither. We stayed in a non-smoking room with one king bed during our visit to Kansas City, Kansas. The place was very clean and quiet, and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The desk staff were nice, and the manager, who was often working there, was very helpful. It was just right for us, one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.
