Kenai isn’t very big, so the location worked fine. The rooms were clean, but I’m 6'2" and my feet hung off the bed. I’d have liked to speak with someone in person. There was no Wi-Fi, or at least I wasn’t given a password. To be fair, by the time I needed it, it was 1 am, and I figured they were asleep since they weren’t around. The Kenai Inn does offer catering, but don’t expect breakfast, because they don’t have it.

The only thing I wished for was blackout curtains. The ones in the room look nice, but shades would be great as an option. We booked because it’s pet friendly. The building is older, but well maintained, and everything was very clean. Staff were very nice. You can walk across the parking lot to a coffee hut, and the area felt safe. A pin is needed to get into the lobby.

I travel for a living and seem to spend half my life in hotels, so The Kenai Inn was a pleasant surprise. The carpet was clean and fluffy, the bathroom was clean with nice towels, the bedding was comfortable, and there were no funky smells. My only small gripe is that I wish there were another outlet by the other nightstand. There’s no lobby or front desk, so check your email or text for the door access code after booking.

It was easy to arrange everything online, and I like how close the place is to a main road, stores, and the local cinema. They also run a delicious catering service. The rooms are very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated.

The hotel is close to a bunch of places, but our stay wasn’t great. There was a smell, no housekeeping, and the only cleaning I saw was someone vacuuming the hallway. The flimsy furniture was easily damaged, and they charged us for it. We also had a mouse go through the room, and nothing was done about it.
