I had a very comfortable room with a microwave and mini fridge, and I'd stay there again if I'm back in Kenedy. The cabin was just right for one night with my two Labrador retrievers. I could park right outside the door, with a grassy spot nearby for their potty breaks. The young man who checked me in was helpful and nice. It's within walking distance of downtown, and I felt secure with the gates and good lighting in the parking lot.

The staff were nice, and the cabins were clean and quiet, with easy parking. It's a perfectly acceptable cabin-style lodge, just not the three-star accommodation Google Maps lists it as. There was no breakfast because of an AC/heat issue. The metal bed frames had creaky springs, and the worn fiber-fill pillows were flat. The foundation had settled, so the deadbolt on my unit no longer latched and the bathroom door swung half open. Construction felt contractor grade, and the furniture was dorm-room style. It's a good place, just not worth three stars.

The room was clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. This was the BEST place I've stayed in Kenedy. Andrew provided excellent service, answered all my questions, and walked me through the whole process. If you need help, he's the one to call. He makes FIELDHOUSE a comfortable place to stay. Thank you, Andrew, for all your help. We'll be back again.

My mom and I have stayed at the Fieldhouse Inn at least that many times over the past 4 or 5 years, and we've never had a bad experience. We come to Kenedy to visit family with our small dogs, and we've gotten to the point where we stay here every time we're in town. We really enjoy it. The rooms are well appointed and always clean, the staff are very friendly, there's a small breakfast area in the mornings, and plenty of room to walk the dogs.

The people who work here are great, and the cabins are roomy and very well kept. Having your own cabin is the best part, since you don't get woken up by people slamming doors or stomping down the hall at all hours.
