Home2 Suites by Hilton Kenner New Orleans Airport

The bed was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows were a little too soft for my taste. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the stay felt safe and comfortable. This modern hotel is near MSY, with easy I-10 access for getting to and from New Orleans. It has a free airport shuttle, hot and cold breakfast, and lots of free parking. I'll definitely come back and recommend it.

We've stayed at few places as good as Home2 Suites by Kenner, and we'd love to find similar features at other Home2 Suites. It's just four minutes from the airport and includes complimentary transportation, a mini-store, exercise room, and three large washers and two dryers that are free and available around the clock. The accessible room was one of the farthest from the elevator, which would be difficult for someone using a manual mobility device. A handheld shower attachment would've made the bathroom perfect. The design is thoughtful and the hotel is ultra-clean. Breakfast changes the hot options daily, with choices like bacon, chicken, pork links, pork sausages, different egg preparations, French toast, and biscuits. The service area is tucked behind curtains when unused, and they provide real dishes and utensils. The dining area has a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hideaway table, six-piece real dinnerware set, paper towels, sponge, and dish soap. In the bath, there's instant hot water with strong pressure, toiletries in mounted dispensers, shower shelves, an anti-slip mat, four towel hooks, and an automatic night light. Highly recommended.

The service and location were nice, but the beds were too hard to let me sleep or get proper rest. Three nights cost $600. I'd suggest finding somewhere with comfortable beds.

It was a bit of a drive to the heart of New Orleans, but the place made up for that. The room was clean and had no odor, parking was plentiful and not expensive, and they had new washers and dryers rather than old equipment. It's also near a casino, stores, and restaurants. This was a great stay, definitely recommend it. I didn't feel like I got the short end of the stick here.
