SpringHill Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

I stopped here for one night while on the road. It’s a pretty standard hotel with a standard breakfast, and it was quiet. Lots of food options are close by. The bathroom was unusually long, but that wasn’t really a problem.

The hotel’s atmosphere won me over, even though we had an overly large suite. Front desk staff were great and the rooms are beautifully kept. Breakfast was a proper meal with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and more, not just muffins and bagels. Having a bar open at night was a welcome feature. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll stay here again.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock when I arrived, and the WiFi was a huge headache. It took 15 minutes to connect my phone, and I couldn’t get my console online at all. After entering my name and room number, the phone said it was connected, but the WiFi didn’t seem to work. I couldn’t load a video or post this review, so I had to switch to cell data. I’m a gold elite member with upgraded high-speed internet, so surely it should work quickly without hiccups. Sike! Even complimentary WiFi should work, and this isn’t my first time having the same issue with Marriott’s WiFi. It’s not worth the cost. If you need to work remotely, look elsewhere.
