Our daughter was glad to have Mom and Dad nearby, somewhere warm and safe. My family in Stow had a full house for Christmas, so we needed a place to stay. It was very nice: warm, clean, and with plenty of hot water and towels. There are lots of good places to eat close by. We'll stay here again and recommend it to friends and relatives. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The parking garage was a disappointment because it only worked when it felt like it, but the hotel's front desk staff eventually fixed the issue. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great pool, gym, and restaurant. Best hotel in the area.

They handled our late arrival at 11:30 pm well. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, though the room was pretty dirty, with quite a bit of hair around and a lot of grime behind the furniture. The coffee bar downstairs could use some flavored creamer. Just a basic hotel, nothing special for amenities.

The restaurant food was amazing, especially the stuffed chicken, which may be the best I've ever had. The room was another story. I stayed in the presidential suite, and several light bulbs were burned out; there was trash left in a can from the previous guests, the bathtub leaked, and the couch smelled so bad I had to ask for fabric cleaner. The kitchen drawer handles were broken, too. You don't expect that from the nicest room. The cleaners need to do better, and I won't stay here again.

The location is excellent, and there's a lovely terrace off the second-floor hallway that's open from 8:00 AM to midnight. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't have any problems. The room had a fridge and microwave but no charging ports, so bring charging blocks rather than just cables. Parking costs $13.50 per night at a nearby public garage. I knew about that ahead of time and included it in the room cost.
