The only issue was the stairs: my wife has fringe climbing them, and we were on the second floor. The statics could also use attention, since the carpet was curling up. Otherwise, the place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice. After eight hours riding our motorcycle, we had a great night's sleep.
4/10
The rooms were tidy, and there are cat beds outside them. We got up early for breakfast, but they'd already cleaned up before we arrived. They said they'd cleared it away early, so our family and another guest were left without breakfast.
8/10
We came on a mission trip after the flood and needed a room at a reasonable price. It's an older hotel, but check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a hot shower.
2/10
At check-in, I found hair in the bed and visible stains on the pillowcases. The furniture was dirty and falling apart too. The common areas looked just as bad: duct tape covered the stairs, and caution tape was all over the property. The whole place felt run down and unsafe, and it doesn't meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. I wouldn't recommend the Super 8 by Wyndham in Kerrville, TX.

We had a crew staying here for over a month while working on a project, and there were no problems at all. The staff were awesome and very accommodating.
