The shuttle to the Historic Seaport was useful for going exploring, finding food, or booking a tour, and there are bikes for rent on-site if you’d rather get around Key West at your own pace. We had a really good stay at the Blue Flamingo Resort. The property is beautiful and spacious, and our clean, comfortable room seemed well cared for. Check-in with Janae was easy, and she was attentive. We got a little turned around at first because the grounds are large, but Salvador helped us find our room. When we later had a small bathroom issue, Joel quickly sent someone to handle it. The amenities were solid, and the service was excellent, with everyone friendly and helpful. I’d recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The outdoor setup is beautiful and has plenty for a family to do. The hotel looks great, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. I’d reserved a room three months ahead, but when I arrived 30 minutes before check-in, they told me no double queens were available. I asked when one might be ready since we were early, but was told they had none at all. The pullout couch in the room we had to take smelled awful. Guest service first brought clean sheets, though we explained that wasn’t the issue. After an hour, they brought a clean mattress. The elevator also stopped working often. Since posting, the hotel contacted me, apologized, and said they’d offer a small refund. I’ll give them another chance.

Our whole group was pleased with the food, and the staff made the stay special. Ann, the food and liquor manager, was outstanding, and Davaldo was one of the kindest, most enthusiastic employees I’ve ever met. My family and friends were here for our son’s wedding and stayed four nights. We enjoyed the resort so much, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again. Karen & Bill

A big thank you to the team for helping me recover my backpack after I accidentally left it at the Starbucks inside the hotel. Starbucks notified the hotel quickly, and Joel Echeveste and José Centeno at the front desk, along with Julio García from security, went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned. Annia Palma from housekeeping was also kind and quick to help with a special request. Blue Flamingo Resort Key West was bright, beautiful, spotless, and spacious. It was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it.

We’re already planning to celebrate our 15th anniversary at the Blue Flamingo next year. The staff knew we were there for our anniversary and surprised us with champagne, roses, and a card. It made the weekend feel relaxing and stress-free, which we really needed. My husband and I had always wanted to visit Key West, and for our 14th anniversary we decided to just drive down and find a hotel when we got there. We had a hard time finding one. Book in advance, people! 🤣 The stay turned out amazing, and the staff exceeded our expectations.
