Key West Found by Avantstay Close to Shops w/ Patio & Shared Pool! Month Long Stays Only

Jen, the property manager, was awesome and even loaned us two beach chairs. The bed was really comfortable, and the property was well maintained inside and out. It’s a great spot inside the Truman Annex, about a five-minute walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. There’s an excellent continental breakfast, plus free bottled water and coffee 24/7. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits.

The location in Truman Annex was ideal, with everything within walking distance and excellent parking in a private lot just steps away. The little hotel was lovely, and the room was nicely equipped, though the bed was quite tall. The daytime host was lovely. Breakfast was basic but had what we needed for a quick bite before heading out. Our evening check-in was the one hassle: we had to go to the sister property for keys, then walk 15 minutes with our suitcases. It would’ve been nice if the larger property could drive guests over in a golf cart. That was the only misstep in our stay.

Jen made us feel like we were catching up with an old friend, even though it was our first time meeting. She was part manager, part tour guide, and a pleasure to talk to. Our deluxe king was spacious, with a lovely veranda and lots of tropical surroundings. We fell in love with the locally made croissants served at breakfast each morning. The Truman Annex setting was quiet, yet gave us easy access to everything in the city. For our first Key West trip, we wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable in a great location, and this place was exactly right.

The room was cozy and clean, with slippers, a huge shower, and hot water right away. There was also a light breakfast, which was handy before heading out for brunch somewhere else. The location was perfect, about two blocks from all the fun.
