Even after the night shift worker tried to help by moving me to another room, I had the same roach problem. Management needs to get pest control in and treat every room. I wouldn't recommend staying here with an infestation like that. Nobody should pay to share a room with bugs. The cleanliness was awful as well. My sheets were dirty, the bed frames dusty, and the countertops disgusting. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Thanks to the night worker for trying to accommodate me, but the owners are doing a terrible job maintaining the property. If you can avoid this place, do.

I've been staying here for over a week for work and expect to be here quite a while longer. Michelle at the front desk has been very professional and helpful whenever I've had questions, whether about WiFi, hotel services, or nearby essentials. She's a great person and gives wonderful customer service.

Michelle was pleasant, professional, and really accommodating when I needed a room at the last minute. Even though her shift was nearly over, she carefully checked me in and let me look over the room first. I was pleased with how clean it was and with the amenities. The location is central, with easy highway access and shops and restaurants about a block away. The customer care was outstanding. Highly recommend, especially if Michelle is working.

For less than $70 a night, this was the best hotel stay I've had. The room felt safe, and I could cook there. I was on the third floor and felt comfortable opening the windows now and then for fresh air. The bed was comfortable and had clean, new sheets, and the shower was clean, with no mold or broken fixtures. This was the cleanest, nicest Motel 6 I've found. No bugs or bad smells. I'd gladly come back. Thanks, Motel Studio 6!
