Travelodge by Wyndham Killeen/Fort Hood

The area was quiet and the rooms were clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. I left some belongings behind, came back for them, and they had set everything aside for me. I'll definitely stay here again.

I was extremely uncomfortable here. At 10:30 at night, I got a call asking me to come downstairs and sign a paper. My son was asleep, so I asked to handle it in the morning, but the front desk person said he would come to my room. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the sheets had stains and burn holes. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. There was someone slumped in a chair outside on the second floor. I also had trouble with my key card, and at checkout there was nobody available to speak with. It was a very bad experience. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

The breakfast is always yummy 😋. Nice family atmosphere 😄, and the price is good 👍.

The place needs more care and stricter rules. They should clear out the old, run-down cars and keep the property presentable, check that the room lights work, and make sure people who aren't staying there don't linger.
