The staff were excellent, welcoming, and very helpful. I was in Killeen for business for over a month, and the affordable Woodspring was good value. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked well, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There are fancier options, but Woodspring had everything I needed.

The staff are amazing, and the little restorations have added life to this hotel's already homey feel. It's a quiet place in an accessible part of town, with a home-style atmosphere. The prices and vibe are a must. Good job, y'all, from Louisiana.

I've been here three days and extended my stay because I love it. The rooms are perfect, and the beds are made properly. GM Tina is the best, so compassionate. I've never seen a GM like her.

The staff really impressed me. They're friendly, helpful, patient, and go out of their way to make things easy. The property feels well maintained, check-in is quick and professional, and I felt safe and comfortable. The lobby and hallways smell clean, and the new management seems proud of the place. I stayed here years ago and was hesitant to return. Back then it felt suspect and unclean, the elevator was so dirty I didn't want to use it, the hallways smelled of smoke and filth, and the crowd didn't seem trustworthy. Now it's a 150% turnaround. The no-smoking policy makes a difference as soon as you walk in, the renovations look clean and fresh, it's surprisingly quiet most of the time, and the guests seem friendly and respectful. For an affordable stay in Killeen, WoodSpring Suites Killeen under the new management gives great value. I've stayed in many hotels around Killeen, and nothing comes close for the price. If you had doubts like I did, give it another chance. The improvement is unbelievable, and I'm glad I came back.

The place was great, with excellent hospitality, superb cleaning, and good room standards and amenities. Mrs. Tina, the manager, and the other young woman at the front desk were outstanding and extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.
