My husband and I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Killeen for a church conference and to look at homes ahead of our move to Texas. Ebony at the front desk made us feel welcome from the start. She greeted us warmly whenever we came and went, was easy to talk to, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She really made the stay memorable. The location worked well for us, with Walmart and several restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Our room had a handy kitchenette, and the shower had strong pressure and reliably hot water. Breakfast was a nice surprise, especially the individually packaged Spanish egg whites, which were tasty and filling. Coffee, tea, and hot water were available in the lobby around the clock. We felt very well looked after, almost like family.

The place was great and really clean, but the staff stood out most. I left my glasses behind, and they were ready to do whatever they could to get them sent to our next stop. I appreciate how much they care about guests. Knowing that makes me want to stay here again. Bravo, team!

The rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was normal. It's pet friendly and close to Ft. Hood, 15 minutes or less. I couldn't sleep for two straight days because the doors slammed so hard that my bedroom shook, whether the door was on the floor above, beside, or below me. The employees seemed emotionally charged and need retraining. The general manager was extremely disrespectful.

Ebony deserves a shout-out. She's the kind woman who looks after the complimentary breakfast, always smiling and constantly working to keep everything ready for guests. The staff were great in general, too. I got a smile at check-in and from the front desk every time I interacted with them.

The breakfast was good, and the service was even better. When the ice machine wasn't working, they let me get water from the convenience section. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here.
