The location isn't bad, but the area is odd. Some people hang around outside all day and night. They don't bother you, but it's strange seeing them sitting out back for so long. The rooms are very small, and having to stay a week was not ideal at all. Coffee is trash, and there's no breakfast. If you can spend about $20 more per night, stay somewhere else. I'd only choose this as a last resort, though it beats other hotels listed at similar prices.

The room was nice, the halls were quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Even so, I won't stay here again. I wouldn't go outside after dark because homeless people and others gather around. At 6 a.m., while walking my dog, I was approached by a woman by the motel's side door. She said that if I understood property lines, I shouldn't cross them unless I wanted to see the gun she'd just bought, with her hand inside her fanny pack. I'm sure the security cameras can see her approach me. I reported it at the front desk, packed up, and left.
2/10
Weed and cigarette smoke smell throughout the whole hotel. People ran up and down the halls partying at night, and the front desk didn't care when I reported it. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
2/10
Everything smelled odd, even though the rooms looked clean on the surface. The AC worked but was loud, and I could hear every door slam, knock, and shout on the floor. The pillows were old, lumpy, and outdated, and the sheets were crappy. With no blackout curtains and the building lit up like a stadium, it felt like sleeping in daylight. It was cheap, but I won't stay again. Pay the extra $50 to $75 and stay somewhere else.
10/10
My room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were helpful, polite, and professional.
