Premium Inn and Suites

Over our three-night stay, everyone on staff was kind and helpful. We got in around 3 am, and when I called to say we'd be late, the manager wished us safe travels. She was warm and friendly, and upgraded our room for free. We'll definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Good price, clean hotel, and welcoming, friendly staff. I recommend staying here if you're coming to the area.

The woman in the lobby was funny and very kind, which is the only reason I'm being generous. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it unless you like motels. The room looked clean, but there were hairs on the bathroom floor and in the sink that clearly weren't mine or my husband's. The lobby smelled bad, like Asian food that had seeped into the carpets. The bedside lamps still had plastic on them and weren't plugged in. The area felt very sketchy, and I didn't feel safe. After reading all the nice reviews, I wasn't expecting this. I don't recommend the place. I'd give it 2.6 out of 5, mainly because that woman was so welcoming.

The building is gorgeous, with a medieval, castle-like look, and the price was amazing, affordable, and worth every penny. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The “mini” fridge was a new small dorm-room fridge with a surprisingly huge freezer, great for microwave meals or whatever. The microwave was brand new too, with the plastic still on it. The woman who checked us in was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful: when I asked for extra pillows, she got them right away. I offered to put the pillowcases on myself, but she said I was on vacation and should relax. You could tell she took pride in the hotel and how things were done.
