The woman working there yelled at my friend and made them take their own trash out when they left. They also charge extra for things like additional toilet paper, towels, and other amenities you might need. It’s listed as a two-star hotel, but I’d give it one. The rooms are really dirty, including the sheets and everything else. Maybe that’s why the place is so dirty, if they don’t clean up after guests.

There are several signs saying “NO PETS,” but we arrived with a task-trained service dog for cardiac alerts and mobility and were refused a room. They demanded “paperwork” and “identification” for the dog. I explained there wasn’t any and pulled up the ADA laws, but they kept arguing and being sarcastic, saying that if I had government-issued ID, the dog should too. Horrible customer service. We were DENIED a room, and I’ll be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.

After our kids came to visit for one night, staff knocked on the door before we could pay for the next week or update how many people would be staying. They said “No Kids” and “No Visitors,” and refused to rent to us with the kids. We found a cheaper room up the street, closer to stores and with a pool. I wouldn’t rent from them again even if they paid me. They also refused to offer us a single-bed room, saying it was too small for two people. They charge extra for clean towels, clean sheets, and garbage bags. They were friendly at first.

Only a smoking room was available, but it didn’t smell that bad. Our room was closest to the highway, so we could hear cars passing, which made a soothing bit of background noise. It was a good deal for the price, with a TV, fridge, and microwave. No bugs, or any signs of them. The hot water took about a minute to warm up, then it was fine.
