Alison made this year's stay stand out. She was warm and incredibly helpful, and I was impressed by how well she knew the reservation system. Last year we came for the Valley Meet and the location worked perfectly for Kingsburg High School. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast had a good range of choices.

We got a quiet, much-needed sleep here after driving home from Baja, and the price felt fair with breakfast included. Our room faced the pool at the back and stayed surprisingly quiet despite being near the highway. The lot took a little figuring out, but felt secure, and there was EV charging. Kiersten was cheerful and kind at breakfast, and the front desk staff were polite. We even squeezed in a quick hot tub visit. It opens at 6am!

The outside almost put us off, and finding the hotel was a struggle even with Google Maps. Once inside, though, the lobby and room were clean, the staff were very friendly, and the room had more space than I expected for this kind of hotel. We ended up feeling quite comfortable. Don't judge it by the facade.

Room 217 had a really strong moldy smell, so my friends and I called reception last night to ask for help. We couldn't switch rooms, a refund wasn't offered, and management wouldn't be available until Monday morning. It was a very bad experience and the customer service was poor. I wouldn't stay here.

The town was peaceful, and I got in a nice 11-mile run around the square. The steakhouse down the road is the real highlight.
