Rodeway Inn Kingston Springs

The room was clean, decent, and had what I needed. I was only given single packets of cream and sugar, though, and those would have mattered more if the promised 6am breakfast and coffee had actually been available. The lobby door was locked and nobody was inside, so I had to walk to a nearby gas station and pay for breakfast that was supposed to come with the room. I usually choose hotels based on their amenities, and might have booked somewhere else if I'd known breakfast wouldn't be available. You'll probably know pretty quickly whether you'd feel comfortable here. There's a beer and liquor store attached to the hotel, and the woman who checked me in was also working the counter. I don't regret staying, and that sort of setup doesn't bother me, but I thought others might want to know before deciding.

I needed a room at the last minute while traveling home. The outside may not look as good as some motels, but inside it smelled fresh and was very clean, with no bugs, pet odor, or smoke smell. The owners are really great people, too. There's a little alcohol store on site, which is awesome, and the rate was budget friendly, under 100 dollars a night. I'd happily stop here again on my travels.

The staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. I was glad to find the attached liquor store, which was well stocked and handy. It was a nice place to relax and unwind, and I'd recommend it.

We only stayed one night while passing through, and this was our last resort. At first the property looked like a shady motel, but inside was the opposite: the room was very clean, had a sweet, fresh smell, and everything worked. It was completely quiet. The young woman at check-in was a delight, and getting checked in was quick and simple. I'd recommend it. There are also two gas stations just a few feet away, an easy walk.
