The ocean is just across the street, and the pool and other amenities were decent. The condo also had a large one-car garage and new decking. But H6 was badly outdated and poorly maintained, with things either old or needing repairs. We rented through Sun Realty for a week starting June 20 and paid $1,500 after taxes. That was a bad call, and I won’t stay in this condo again.

It wasn’t too bad overall, but there were a few problems: the pool shut half an hour before the time listed in my documents, two hinges had come off the master bedroom door frame, and the second bedroom hadn’t been vacuumed. I found a fake fingernail and a brown lunch bag on the floor. The email said linens were standard, which was vague, so I ended up buying them.

The staff are friendly and keep the place in good shape. The clubhouse has lots to do, including a pool and hot tub, racquetball and wallyball courts, tennis and pickleball, ping pong, air hockey, corn hole and a basketball hoop. With easy beach access nearby, there’s something to do in any weather.

The complex has a private pool, and many balconies look out toward the ocean. It’s across from the beach and close enough to walk to some good restaurants. Black Pelican is our favorite.
