Comfort Suites Knoxville East

We were stuck at the hotel during the blizzard a few weeks ago, and having fresh coffee and a warm fireplace in the lobby helped make it feel less miserable. The staff kept the lobby clean despite all the snow and salt coming in, and there was always someone around to help. Chris was especially great, handling every situation with a smile and going out of his way when we needed to extend our stay because of the weather. Our room was clean, breakfast was good, and we’ll stay here again. Thank you!

The shower was the dealbreaker for me. The low-flow head gave such weak pressure that it wasn’t satisfying, and the temperature shifted a little too. La Quinta next door costs about the same and is similar in quality, but I’ve had stronger water pressure and steady temperature there. This place was clean, though worn and dated, and the staff seemed friendly enough. I didn’t interact with them much, but I won’t be back.

Ethan at the front desk pointed us toward a Mexican restaurant nearby, and it was excellent. Thanks, Ethan! The hotel was in a great location, very clean and well appointed, and the staff was really friendly.

The beds were great, breakfast was great, the TV was big, and our room was so quiet we didn’t hear a thing. We’d first booked a lousy room somewhere else and had left, riding around until we found Comfort Inn. Huge thanks to the guy on third shift for saving us. Everything about our stay here was great, and it was a real lifesaver.
