David is always busy taking care of things, whether it’s the front desk, cleaning the parking lot or rooms when the cleaning staff aren’t here, or helping guests. He’s kind and sweet to everyone. Josh, the manager, is great too, very nice and handles any problems that come up. Jessica works hard cleaning rooms, Larry gets repairs done ASAP, and the courtesy office helps keep things safe at night. I’ve been here a long time and figured I should finally review it. The rooms are clean, many have been updated, and I haven’t seen any pest problems. If you had a bad experience here before, it’s worth coming back and trying again. With David and Josh, the place really is great now, whether you’re here for a week or a longer stay.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the prices aren’t bad. David keck and Josh wagers were incredibly sweet and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They helped me find a room that suited my family. I’d recommend staying here or even making it home for a while, since it feels more like an apartment than a hotel.

Everyone’s so friendly, and David is especially kind. He’s helped my husband and me with a lot, including getting our TV problem fixed. I recommend this place if you’re staying around Knoxville. Tennessee in general is so nice, and everyone is polite.

I haven’t stayed here, but I’ve visited a few times. It was quiet, the rooms I got to see were neat and clean, and I didn’t notice any bad activity.

David and Josh made changing my reservation really easy for my family. Southern charm is a real thing!
